A Birth-Day Celebration!

As a new tradition around my birthday, I want to celebrate not only my own birth, but the lineage of women that came before me and the journey of motherhood that I am honored to continue. My mother and grandmother used to take photos of us all the time, even though as kids we always grumbled. They were the first people to share a love of of documentation and treasured memories with me.

This past year I gave birth to my second son, Tsavo, he came out with a force, just like his personality, we purchased our first home in Santa Barbara, and 2022 marks my 10th year as a birth photographer. (Stay tuned for another special announcement for this milestone).
